The Alumni Career Mentor Program is open to all University of Phoenix students and alumni.

How do I find a mentor?

The Alumni Career Mentor Program allows mentors and mentees to be in control of their own mentoring experience. Mentees can use the suggested matches or narrow their search using specific filters.

How long is the average mentoring commitment?

Mentoring can take place on a monthly or weekly basis. Six months is the recommend duration.

I have never been a mentor before. How do I do this?

How do I join the program?
